The problem
DGC SYSTEM technicians logged interventions on paper, later re-typed at the office — losses, duplicates, delays. The field means unstable network, a gloved hand, harsh daylight: a consumer-grade app does not survive there.
What I designed
An offline-first PWA built for the job site: fast capture, geolocated photos, an adaptive questionnaire per intervention type, and office-side PDF report generation. Writes go into a queue that resyncs the moment the network returns — no data lost on a drop or a refresh.
The impact
The field log becomes the source of truth: no re-typing, an intervention report ready in one tap, and an office view tracking activity in real time.
